Our communities are vibrant and highly engaged. Their efforts and passion help drive Ex Libris to new heights. The NERS (New Enhancements Request System) program is central to this process.
This easy-to-use tool, created in joint collaboration between IGeLU and ELUNA, manages the submission of development requests for Ex Libris products. Members of IGeLU and ELUNA are eligible to submit requests and vote for those they endorse during product enhancement cycles. All documentation related to ideas that are implemented are published and shared with the community.

This enables you to build your own solutions, using APIs, technical integrations together with standards support. You can create and manage your API keys and track your API usage using our powerful reporting tool.
